Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in building design and construction for buildings and structures within the Ohio Building Code.
• Must hold Ohio registration as architect or professional engineer.
• Must possess State of Ohio Level 4 Plans Examiner certification.
• Preferred: working toward Building/Electrical/Energy/Fire Protection/Mechanical Plans Examiner specializations.
