Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support in-store tasks from start to finish, including planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service.

This role requires reliability, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to perform duties as assigned and to work shifts that meet store needs. Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is essential regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: greet, uncover, recommend, ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
