Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own end-to-end tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while prioritizing the customer experience.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with duties spanning signage maintenance, planogram compliance, and physical merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and promptly.
• Install and maintain store signage, including price changes and circulars.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on work progress.
