Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in a single store, handling end-to-end tasks from planograms to price changes and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

The role requires retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years old, and reading/writing/counting abilities; some knowledge in farming or weld­ing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment following safety guidelines.
