Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support stores with planograms, price changes, signage, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members and work under the FAST program to complete tasks from start to finish.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, the ability to read, write, and count, and willingness to work 4+ hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
