Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support in-store merchandising, signage updates, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service. The role emphasizes completing tasks from start to finish, coordinating with the District FAST Supervisor, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or merchandising experience, read/write/count skills, and the ability to work 4–10 hour shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly within the store.
• Provide legendary customer service and interact with customers and team members.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Perform store tasks including planograms, resets, price changes and PDQ assembly.
• Promote safety and a productive work environment per company guidelines.
