Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service. You’ll interact with customers and teammates, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Required: retail or merchandising experience, ability to read/write/count, and willingness to work varied shifts. Preferred knowledge includes farming, ranching, and pet/equine familiarity.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Promote legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
