Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks. You will manage planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong communication with the District FAST Supervisor. Prior retail experience is preferred and some roles may be part-time with eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures, including PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor on work progress.
