Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage changes, and price updates while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts with a customer-first mindset. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the GURA method to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA approach.
