Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish merchandising tasks including planograms, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You will also support merchandise assembly, fixture setup, and signage maintenance, coordinating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising required.
• Reading, writing and counting ability necessary.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment per safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores using GURA.
