Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and own end-to-end tasks such as merchandising, signage and price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. You will also support fixtures assembly and PDQ setup, interact with customers, and coordinate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to solve issues.

This role emphasizes flexible, self-directed teamwork and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work shifts dictated by business needs.
Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
Perform project-related measurements.
Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and promotions.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
Ensure planogram integrity through recovery.
Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
Promote a safe and productive work environment and follow safety guidelines.
May perform other duties as assigned.
