Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. The role focuses on executing start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

As a FAST Team Member, you will interact with customers and team members, maintain signage, perform store tasks, and help ensure planogram integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate progress and issues with district FAST Supervisor.
• Complete planograms, sign changes, and price updates accurately.
• Assist with merchandise, fixtures, and PDQ assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service in-store using GURA protocol.
