Job summary

Tractor Supply seeks a FAST Team Member to work in-store and own end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes. You will assist with merchandise, fixtures and PDQs, while delivering legendary customer service with the GURA method.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a service-first mindset in a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
