Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store and own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes. You will also support merchandise assembly and overall store presentation while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintaining flexibility with shifts and contributing to a positive store environment. Strong reliability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets in store.
• Update store signage and price changes accurately and timely.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers.
• Communicate progress to District FAST Supervisor.
• Promote safety and maintain a productive work environment.
• Complete other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
