Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join our Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Your role requires reliability, ability to work varied shifts, and attention to visual merchandising standards. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
