Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to work in-store on a part-time basis. You will support the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) by completing planograms, signage updates, and price changes while maintaining merchandise standards.

You’ll interact with customers to deliver legendary service and help with fixtures and PDQs throughout shifts. The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with shifts typically ranging

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circulars, price cuts, managers' specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
