Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service while maintaining planogram integrity.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and basic computer skills to support daily tasks and safety guidelines across shifts. This position is part-time with varying store hours, supporting the FAST Team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circles, price cuts, managers’ specials).
• Perform price changes and merchandise/fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customers in-store.
