Job summary

Kroger is seeking a reliable associate to perform plan-o-gram work on a weekly schedule in a grocery store setting. You will read, collect, and apply plan-o-grams, reshelve items, and ensure accurate product placement to optimize shopper experience.

The role requires physical capability, strong English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Fluent in English reading/writing.
• Able to install/use required smartphone app.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product; prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Re-position shelving following updated schematic to aid customer shopping.
• Maintain cleanliness and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently and professionally with customers and store staff.
• Adhere to KOMPASS guidelines, including timeliness and teamwork.
• Follow safe lifting and physical requirements.
