Job summary

Kroger is seeking a reliable team member to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery environment. You will read plan-o-grams, collect new item tags, and prepare the work area to perform section resets.

You will re-position shelving and report completion to Kroger supervisors, while maintaining safe lifting practices and customer focus. The role requires English fluency, 18+, a smartphone, and basic safety gear.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with data access and app usage may be required.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other aisles.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to Kroger supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow safety and clocking-in/out guidelines.
• Perform additional store support during hours with reduced regular schedule.
