Job summary

Kroger is seeking a worker to complete section plan-o-gram tasks in a grocery store on a scheduled weekly basis. The role involves preparing areas, rearranging shelves, and reporting progress to supervisors, with emphasis on professionalism and customer-friendly service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Must read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Read, write and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and immediate supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful when dealing with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with guidelines for KOMPASS employees (timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication, clocking in/out).
• Practice safe lifting.
• During reduced hours may perform additional store support outside normal functions.
