Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a diligent merchandiser to execute plan-o-grams and weekly schedules in a Kroger store environment. You will read and apply shelving schematics, set up displays, and ensure accurate product placement to optimize shopper experience.

The role requires independence, basic English communication, and the ability to travel between store locations as workload demands. Prior retail merchandising experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Valid driver with insurable driving history could be required.
• Smartphone app use may be required for job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and schedules.
• Prepare work area and collect plan-o-grams/new item tags for section resets.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to optimize customer flow.
• Re-position shelving and place products per updated schematics.
• Merchandise displays and maintain inventory with updates.
• Maintain clean work area and complete forms/report completion to management.
• Travel to other store locations as needed for workload.
