Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products in retail locations, service and maintain multiple accounts, and follow planograms while communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role requires delivering products, rotating stock, and collaborating on in-store displays with the ability to handle 50 lb material and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably with little daily supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandize and rotate products in cold vaults and on shelves per procedures.
• Fill and merchandise coolers and displays in-store.
• Organize back room cooler and manage product by package and flavor, return damaged/expired items.
• Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and programs.
