Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple accounts. You will merchandise approved products following planograms and safety guidelines, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Training and support are provided and benefits include health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to interact professionally with store personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display areas.
• Create and distribute point of sale materials on display and shelves.
• Maintain back room organization and manage inventory flow.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel through proactive communication.
