Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple accounts, and follow planograms using safe handling techniques. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with store staff, adherence to merchandising standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures.
• Fills and merchandises coolers and displays; moves product from floor to cold vault.
• Maintains back room cooler and sorts stock, returns, and dispose of outdated items.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and promotions.
