Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple accounts, and rotate stock following planograms. You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams while maintaining safe handling procedures.

The role requires following plan sets, managing displays, and building relationships with store personnel. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication and writing skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to follow plan sets and communicate with store management.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted. Rotates product.
• Maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, and handling returns of pallets and damaged stock.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive communication.
