A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Planogram Coordinator in Woonsocket, RI to support store execution by proofreading, coordinating, and distributing planogram and merchandising communications. This onsite role requires attention to accuracy and timely updates.

Ideal candidates will bring 3+ years of coordination experience, strong written communication, and proficiency with Adobe tools and Microsoft Office. The position is a contract assignment with regular hours and potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
• 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles.
• Adobe experience required (Acrobat; Illustrator or InDesign is a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review, proofread, and quality-check planogram communication materials prior to release.
• Coordinate and distribute store-facing communications (planogram updates, new item introductions, discontinued item notices).
• Translate planogram content into clear, actionable instructions for store teams.
• Partner with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing to confirm content accuracy and timelines.
• Maintain version control to ensure stores receive the correct, current communication packets.
• Use Adobe tools to review/annotate materials and support updates.
• Track work and communicate updates using Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Manage multiple overlapping deadlines and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Overview

Support store execution by proofreading, coordinating, and distributing planogram and merchandising communications so updates are accurate and delivered on time.

Planogram Coordinator Highlights

• Contract assignment with potential to extend based on business needs


• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)


• Onsite: Onsite as needed / typically 2-3 days per week

Planogram Coordinator Compensation Pay: $26.40 per hour

Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

401(k): With company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Planogram Coordinator Responsibilities
