Job summary

P.L. Marketing is seeking a Plan-O-gram Associate to complete weekly plan-o-gram work in a grocery environment. You will read and implement plan-o-grams, prepare work areas and reset shelves to optimize product assortment.

Role requires strong reading skills, ability to work independently, and reliable communication with store staff. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and wear safety gloves; some shifts may extend beyond normal hours to support urgent needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• A smartphone with internet/data access is required; app permissions may be needed.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to help customers shop other aisles.
• Re-position shelving and place products according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Maintain professionalism and helpfulness when dealing with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines, including timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting.
• During periods of reduced hours, assist with additional store support as needed.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
