Job summary

AtWork Group in Texas is seeking a Hardware Test Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of hardware products. You will review specifications, assist with builds and quality checks, and track issues to help drive product quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hardware experience, strong diagnostics, and the ability to read schematics and documentation. You will work both independently and with engineering teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with hardware products, electronics, or technical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, or product specifications.
• Hands-on experience with hardware testing, assembly, or diagnostics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
