Job summary

Pacific Rubber & Packing, a leader in sealing and distribution for semiconductors, medical, aerospace, and consumer electronics, seeks a Senior Planning Manager in San Carlos, CA. You will own the demand-to-execution cycle, shape the centralized Planning function, and lead a team across Production, Demand, and Supply Planning.

This is a high-impact role with cross-site collaboration in Oregon and Malaysia. The role emphasizes establishing planning cadence, improving capacity and lead-time

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain role within manufacturing or hybrid distribution.
• Proven experience building or leading a planning function across multiple departments.
• Strong data skills and ability to build consolidated planning visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own production planning, scheduling, and work order release.
• Establish daily and weekly planning rhythms to drive execution.Coordinate material requirements with Supply Chain and mitigate risks.
• Lead a planning team and define roles, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Drive S&OP processes that align demand, capacity, and supply across sites.
