Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business required.
• 8+ years in inventory/supply/demand planning with KPI definition and control.
• Semiconductor industry experience required; service parts or service planning preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills using Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Parts Planning: oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, ramp planning, and transitions for designated products.
• Strategic Planning: design and implement planning methods aligned to business goals and service targets.
• Collaboration: partner with Operations, SBUs, BUs and Engineering to align planning with priorities.
• Risk Management: identify risks in supply, demand, cost, and service performance; provide actionable recommendations.
• Project Management: lead funded projects to completion on schedule and budget.
• Performance Tracking: monitor product performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Leadership: mentor junior planners and promote best practices.
