Johnson & Johnson Med Tech in Irvine, California is recruiting a Planning Transformation Lead to guide a strategic supply chain transformation, including a new distribution hub and a multi-node network expansion.

You will partner with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, IT and Distribution Operations to design inventory and replenishment policies, evaluate current and future-state models, run scenario analyses, and support deployment for network readiness and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory management, or related functions.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, order management, MRP, or financial planning processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution network transformation & hub implementation.
• Assess impacts on inventory deployment, replenishment, service levels and continuity.
• Define planning requirements, inventory policies and replenishment processes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead scenario analyses and provide recommendations for project decisions across planning, testing and deployment.
• Ensure preparedness for deployment and stabilization after launch.
