• Lead HR partner for MedTech Supply Chain transformation initiatives (Project Osprey).
• Align people strategies with transformation objectives and business outcomes.
• Drive workforce planning, talent deployment, and transition planning across regions.
• Provide coaching to leaders managing teams through change and ensure compliant employee experiences.
• Govern HR execution, dashboards, and governance across interlinked programs.
