Job summary

Kearney is seeking a Kinaxis Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse). You will guide a team of consultants, translate client needs into Maestro specifications, and ensure measurable value realization across diverse industries.

Expect collaborative, Agile work with project leaders and practice leaders, focusing on discovery, data integration, testing, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing advanced planning solutions (Kinaxis Maestro, o9, Blue Yonder, E2Open or similar).
• Experience leading a team through at least five full-lifecycle supply chain planning implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution‑design activities, assign configuration tasks, oversee end‑to‑end implementation, and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct discovery sessions to capture Kinaxis Maestro configuration requirements across networks, processes and objectives.
• Translate business needs into Kinaxis Maestro specifications incorporating industry trends and best practices.
• Resolve complex data and analytics challenges to ensure the solution delivers expected results.
• Oversee data management and data integration activities, including source-system data transformation and validation.
• Support QA practices, including unit tests, end‑to‑end testing and user acceptance testing.
• Document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge.
• Mentor junior team members in model design and build-task execution.
• Collaborate with business development to scope new projects with clients.
