Job summary

Henderson Drake Ltd. is seeking a Kinaxis Business Lead to bridge client delivery and sales leadership in a hybrid role. You will shape solution designs across Kinaxis and similar platforms while originating new business in supply chain planning.

You will lead blueprinting activities, run workshops, and define future-state processes spanning demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, and capacity planning, while also supporting sales pursuits and account development.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in supply chain, business, engineering, information systems, operations, or related field.
• Experience across supply chain planning processes: demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, scenario planning, fulfilment.
• Hands-on Kinaxis, o9, or similar planning platforms.
• Background in process design, operating model development, and change management.
• Relevant platform or discipline certifications.
• Industry exposure in CPG, FMCG, high tech, industrial, or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting activities translating business requirements into scalable design across processes, data, roles, and decision support.
• Facilitate workshops to define current-state challenges and future-state requirements.
• Design business processes and solution architecture for planning across demand, supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, capacity, and order fulfilment.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
• Assess existing planning processes and tools to measure value realization and adoption.
• Partner with consulting teams to identify and shape opportunities within accounts (pre-sales).
• Lead client-facing discovery workshops and collaborate with Kinaxis sales to progress deals.
