Northstate is seeking a Planning Supervisor to oversee the preparation and processing of customer work order packages for maintenance. You will coordinate with Production Control and other departments to ensure accurate ERP data, task cards, and labor hour tracking.

The role emphasizes process compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will coach Planning Clerks, participate in pre-/post-induction meetings, and interface with customer representatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operations, planning or administration.
• Knowledge of aircraft terminology and processes preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• ERP data handling and task card management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preparation of work order packages for maintenance.
• Coordinate with Production Control to improve import templates.
• Maintain and update databases containing labor hours and materials.
• Verify import accuracy of ERP data and contract scope changes.
• Interface with customer representatives on status and pricing.
• Coach Planning Clerks and ensure compliance with procedures.
