Job summary

Northstate is seeking a Planning Supervisor to oversee the Northstate integration and processing of customer program work order packages. You will supervise clerks, coordinate with Production Control, and ensure ERP data accuracy across tasks and contracts.

Lead process improvements, prepare reports, and coach staff to maintain safety and compliance within maintenance operations. Collaboration with customers and multiple departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in general operations.
• Minimum three years in aircraft industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of work order packages for incoming work for release to Maintenance.
• Coordinate with Production Control to improve import templates and data accuracy.
• Maintain and update databases containing labor hours, materials, and tooling at a task level.
• Authorize work package changes and pricing adjustments as needed.
• Verify import accuracy of ERP data stored in Northstate’s system.
• Interface with customer representatives regarding contract status and scope changes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to manage concurrent contracts.
• Support pre-induction meetings with man-hour analysis and task priorities.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are correctly assigned to work packages.
• Resolve discrepancies with Production Control and Maintenance.
