Job summary

Northstate seeks a seasoned Planning Supervisor to oversee the integration and processing of customer work orders, ensure ERP data accuracy, and coordinate with Maintenance and Production Control. You will lead Planning Clerks, prepare reports, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with SMS safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong supervisory experience, aircraft industry knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems, including AMROS, along with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience.
• Three years in aircraft industry experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; AMROS ERP experience required.
• Office, warehouse and hangar environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of work order packages for maintenance release.
• Collaborate with Production Control to improve planning templates.
• Maintain and update databases for labor hours, materials and tooling at task level.
• Verify import accuracy of customer work package data in ERP.
• Interface with customer representatives on contract status and scope changes.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure task information is correct.
• Support pre-induction meetings with activity analysis and critical path tasks.
• Coach Planning Clerks and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Document, report and investigate safety incidents per SMS.
