Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking an Associate Manager in Planning & Performance Management to develop, implement, and maintain analytics, reporting structures, and performance routines for the Warehouse Direct Cold business.

You will provide critical analytical support to cross-functional teams, interpreting trends and shaping strategic recommendations. You will drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, contribute to leadership materials, and maintain strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of relevant analytical experience, CPG experience preferred, RGM, strategy, performance management, category management, business analytics
• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, experience with PowerBI preferred but not required
• Firm understanding of terms for business analytics & business intelligence
• Interest and willingness to learn and work within a variety of internal business systems (ex. SAP) and syndicated datasets (ex. Circana (IRI), 1010data)
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written & presentation and follow-through
• Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and able to handle a high work volume
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• ability to work flexible hours as required
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Role is located in the Frisco, TX office

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our commercial objectives and key drivers of our Warehouse Direct Cold business while developing the mechanisms and processes to communicate these metrics to leadership
• Provide ad-hoc business analysis both short-term business and marketplace understand and long-term analysis for strategic planning
• Manage the development, design, automation & maintenance of weekly, monthly & quarterly business reporting and routines across total Warehouse Direct Cold business
• Assist in the development of our monthly Commercial Leadership Team materials, developing analytical stories around our business trends and updates on the actions of RGM/Commercial/Marketing/Sales teams
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders in all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.
• Develop other integrated analytics, projections, reports and presentations necessary to support the business needs
