Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to implement solutions.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline digital enablement capabilities for DSD execution.
• Be the primary contact for stakeholders on system functionality and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support testing.
• Maintain alignment between business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements in user experience and adoption.
• Support development and enhancement of dashboards and analytics tools.
