You will support work planning, project coordination, and reporting, collaborating with Field Operations, Engineering, and contractors to drive performance and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience or an associate's degree plus 4 years.
• High school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience acceptable.
• Experience supporting operations, planning, scheduling, reporting, or business processes.

Aufgaben

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and capital construction work.
• Monitor work management systems, work order status, and performance metrics.
• Develop and analyze operational reports, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Field Operations, Engineering, and contractors on projects.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and action items.
• Analyze data and identify process improvements for reliability and service.
• Prepare forecasts, leadership briefing materials, and management reports.
• Maintain records, databases, and reporting tools with accuracy.
• Support implementation and testing of business systems and tools.
• Engage in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and participate in emergency processes.
