Orange & Rockland Utilities is seeking a motivated Analyst to join the Operations Performance and Support organization in New York. The role supports work planning, project coordination, reporting, and process improvements to enhance safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes data analysis, development of forecasts, and collaboration with Field Operations Planners, Engineering, and contractors to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience or 4+ years with Associate's degree or 5+ years with high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and capital construction work including workload forecasting and scheduling.
• Monitor work management systems, status, metrics, and performance indicators to support field operations.
• Develop and analyze operational reports, scorecards, and KPIs to support decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with Field Operations Planners, Engineering, Operations, contractors and cost management stakeholders.
