Job summary

Orange & Rockland Utilities is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the Operations Performance and Support organization. The role requires analytical, organizational, and technology skills, working closely with Field Operations Planners, Engineering, Operations, contractors, cost management, and other business partners to support work planning, forecasting, and reporting.

You will help develop and maintain reports, forecasts, and project tracking systems while supporting process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant work experience
• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience supporting operations, planning, scheduling, or reporting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and capital work planning, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Monitor work management systems and performance indicators.
• Develop and analyze operational reports and scorecards.
• Coordinate with Field Operations and stakeholders for project execution.
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Prepare leadership briefs and management reports.
