United States Digital Space LLC in Reston, VA, and Cheyenne, WY, seeks a Planning Manager to lead a team of planners, drive schedule development for contract negotiations and project execution, and align with senior stakeholders on a large EPC data center initiative.
You will be responsible for maintenance, forecasting, and monitoring activities, establishing WBS, durations, and critical path, reporting schedule performance, and coordinating with subcontractors to meet milestones.

The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S.
This project is of significant scale and complexity, and our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery this year.
The candidate for this position will start on a short-term assignment working from the home office in Reston, VA and then will later mobilize to the jobsite in Cheyenne, WY.
In this role, you will lead a team of planners and work with the project team to prepare schedule data for contract negotiations and project execution. The Planning Manager is accountable for schedule development, maintenance, forecasting, and monitoring activities. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects stay on track and on time. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, you will also have regular interfaces with senior internal and customer stakeholders. #LI-JL1
