Job summary

Boston Beer Co. in Breinigsville, PA, seeks a motivated Co-op to join our Supply Chain team. The six-month program runs January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027 and is fully onsite at the Breinigsville brewery.

You will gain hands-on project experience across planning, operations, and materials, with exposure to SAP and Excel and opportunities to drive change. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand supply chain workflows, standardize processes, and strengthen business

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must continue to be enrolled in school after the co-op.
• Coursework in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exposure to SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and present the planning scorecard.
• Organize planning data to support clear and effective business presentations.
• Help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Support changeover and workflow mapping initiatives.
• Document current processes and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to better understand supply chain workflows and dependencies.
• Support the standardization of material requirements planning (MRP) processes.
• Assist with maintaining material planning parameters, including safety stock levels and lead times.
