Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Planning and Logistics Coordinator in Midland, TX to track hydraulic fracturing equipment, coordinate yard movements, and communicate workload across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Track the location of hydraulic fracturing equipment.
  • Follow the maintenance yard flow chart to coordinate equipment through the yard.
  • Maintain constant communication with relevant departments regarding workload and status updates.
  • Verify the accurate completion of work orders and testing before clearing equipment for field operation.
  • Perform updates in the equipment tracker.
  • Verify that equipment tracker notes match all open work orders for units in yards.
  • Coordinate Heavy Haul equipment movement and provide necessary documentation to Heavy Haul drivers.
  • Create work orders upon arrival of equipment to yards.
  • Monitor stage counts and update Pump Fleet Focus.
  • Answer or reply to all communications promptly (phone, text, email).
  • Maintain compliance with HSE policies and PPE training.
