Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. in Midland, TX seeks an Infrastructure Specialist to analyze and implement IT solutions meeting industry standards and to support end users across the organization.

You will maintain systems, coordinate with Facilities, and ensure SOX and cybersecurity compliance while staying current with new technologies to support current and future infrastructure needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of large network systems, cybersecurity solutions, and desktop support.
• Oil and gas service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.
• Strong time and project management skills; able to prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Support technology strategy by delivering optimal service to end users.
• Identify areas for improvement in IT processes, technology, and vendors.
• Provide second-tier support for the IT help desk.

• Maintain IT policies and SOPs; stay current on emerging technologies.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance efforts (SOX, cybersecurity).
