Job summary

The Equipment Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our fleet of trucks and equipment. This role will be responsible for managing the equipment, keeping the yard organized, and coordinating the allocation of assets.

Schedule

2 weeks on, 1 week off, 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all equipment including location, status, and any downed equipment.
  • Monitor the condition and availability of all equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Lead all aspects of pad moves including coordinating with 3rd party, hauling equipment during pad moves and emergency situations.
  • Organize equipment in the yard.
  • Assist with the administration of DOT inspections and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications And Skills
  • Experience in oil field – frac, wireline, coil, pump down or oil field service lines preferred.
  • Strong communication and ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team, leadership, customers, and consultants in English.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work under stressful conditions at times.
  • Must be able to work rotational schedule and long hours (day or night), outside with exposure to inclement weather.
  • Current valid driver's license and clean MVR for the last 3 years; Class A CDL.
  • Must be mechanically and technically inclined; able to use smartphone and software programs.
  • Must be a self-starter who works well with personnel, management, public and customers.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach and climb.
  • Must be able to carry, push and pull 50 pounds.

  • Must be able to work rotational schedule day or night. Work is a 24/7 operation.
  • Work is completed outside with exposure to inclement weather, heat and cold.
  • Required to walk (~35% of time).
  • Required to stand (~35% of time).
  • Required to bend and reach (~10% of time).
  • Carry, lift, push, shovel and pull 50 pounds waist level (~10% of time); lifting of ~5 pounds to shoulder height infrequently.
  • Sit (~10% of time).
  • Handle hazardous materials.
