Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and controls job cards using work packages, specifications, and labor-hour estimates.
• Identifies problem areas and informs supervisory personnel.
• Performs general clerical duties including file setup, paperwork reproduction, and data entry.
• Audits completed work cards and projects data to show effects of completed vs. incomplete work.
• Gathers blueprints, maintenance manuals references, and technical data for job cards.
• Loads customer work scope into company computer systems.
• Creates barcodes to assign labor and materials to tasks.
• Ability to cover Monitor position as needed.
