Job summary

Aersale is seeking a detail-oriented data entry clerk to support maintenance operations in our Florida facility. You will review invoices, ROs, and WOs, and ensure accurate data flow into our systems. Strong English communication and reliability are essential.

Position requires ability to lift up to 25lbs, sit for long periods, and work overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Review all inbound assembly levels for accuracy and completeness.
• Review Repair Orders to ensure customer instructions are clear.
• Issue Work Orders according to customer instructions.
• Scan, manage, and maintain technical and trace documents in database.
• Issue initial documentation to induct work.
• Configure new data into the maintenance system (Pentagon).
• Verify accuracy of reports against input data.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain an organized workspace and meet deadlines.
• Occasionally work overtime including evenings or weekends.
