Job summary

AerSale in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Planning/ERP Specialist to review inbound assembly levels, issue WOs, and manage documents in our ERP/Pentagon system.

You will coordinate Planning activities, prepare production packages, create billing matrices, and produce weekly charts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Five years of ERP systems experience, preferably in aviation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license preferred.
• Proficient in English: writing, reading and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound assembly levels for accuracy and completeness.
• Review Repair Order (RO) to ensure clarity in customer instructions.
• Issue Work Orders (WO) according to RO Instructions.
• Scan, manage and maintain technical and trace documents in database.
• Configure new data into the Pentagon maintenance system and verify reports.
• Coordinate all Planning Department activities to ensure package development is efficient and timely.
• Supervise preparation of work packages to go to production.
• Create billing group matrix for cost accounting to support billing requirements.
• Enter work cards into ERP with job descriptions and estimated man-hours.
• Produce company paperwork with bar codes for labor and material tracking.
• Research technical reference data and attach to work decks where applicable.
• Develop aircraft flow charts and weekly production charts to track milestones.
• Provide post-departure analytical reports showing project performance.
• Assist management in forecasting manpower, facility, tooling, and material needs.
